Young Chazaqiel. I'd imagine that he had a bit darker coat in his early years and has grizzled into grey since. 

Like I've mentioned earlier, horns are worn as a symbol of authority and power in this headworld of mine, and different materials, shapes and sizes tell a lot about the dog bearing them. Chazaqiel earned his horns at young age; at first he used modest genuine goat horns and when he archived more respect, he got himself a pair of custom made metallic horns that were shaped to resemble those of a Chinese dragon; a symbol of absolute dictatorship and divinity.
