Xibalba, the melanistic canine high priest of a Pre-Columbian civilization that worships death and underworld. His people consider him as the reincarnated embodiment of all the previous high priests and his soul is believed to contain the spirits of the deceased tribe members, justifying him to be the authority to decide whether one deserves to live or die. In ritual ceremonies he often wears a mask carved to a shape of grinning skull.
